REFUND POLICY

Setup charges No-Refund Policy

Storzb has a NO REFUND policy for the Setup charge because of the handholding that is done during on boarding , community access, 24 hour a day guidance, and other immediately accessible resources you receive upon enrollment.

Membership Charge Refund Policy

Yearly membership charge has a 30-Day cancellation policy. You can cancel anytime and receive a refund for your payments that have been made after payments have been cleared for the yearly charges.

Monthly Membership Charge has a NO REFUND policy as the charges are prepaid for the month irrespective of the number of days it has been used.

Refund of Domain if provided by the Company

In the event the User discontinues the tenancy at any time prior to the expiry of the Domain Period then the Domain shall continue to remain the property of the Company. The Company will have all rights to take any action with respect to the domain, without any objection from the User.

How Refunds Work

Refund only works for those users who are on a Yearly Payment model. Each user agrees to intimate to the company 30days in advance for discontinuation of the Service. The refund due will be calculated taking into consideration the monthly payment model for the term the Application/Platform has been used.

Simply email your refund request to support@ebizfactor.com. Please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email to help us get to it quickly.

IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION: It may take up to 15 business days for your refund to be credited back to your account, after the store has been closed down

It would be very helpful to us if you'd also tell us why you're requesting a refund. This is NOT required, and we won't use this information to try and "sell" you something else. But we do take feedback seriously, and it really does help us make better products and improve our sales process. We want every customer to be satisfied!
